COVID19 Safety

The health and safety of our employees and guests is our highest priority. 

In accordance with New York City guidelines, and to ensure a comfortable and safe experience, HEYWEAR has COVID19 safety protocols in place for all employees and visitors including:

  • The requirement of a mask or cloth face-covering that covers mouth and nose at all times
  • Sanitization stations available for employees and guests at our entrance 
  • Contactless checkout when possible. All orders will be placed on a service desk and packed by a team member that has followed proper sanitization protocols
  • Thorough sanitization of all shared surfaces between visitors 
  • All products that are touched by visitors will be placed in used trays and sanitized before being returned to shelves
  • All of our employees and vendors are temperature checked daily and required to provide a negative COVID19 test should they come into contact with someone who is, or possibly might be, COVID19 positive
  • Social distancing is practiced within all of our spaces and capacity has been reduced to 50%
