Yes! Frames ordered online are fit with lenses that are cut for your Rx. You can choose to upload or let us know that you're an existing HEYWEAR guest and we'll use your info on file.
We usually ship out same-day from NoHo in NYC. Based on your location, you should have your HEYWEAR eyewear in a few days, max. We do not ship internationally. We do offer expedited shipping at checkout.
Absolutely. If your new eyewear doesn't work or you want to exchange them, we'll send you a prepaid return label. Just send a note to hey@heywear.com
